With half and half, sugar, vanilla flavoring, and a bag of ice and salt, the students will create their own delicious homemade ice cream under our guidance while learning about the scientific principles behind their creation. They will be exploring concepts like freezing point depression, states of matter, and gain an understanding of physical and chemical changes! |

Participants dive into the microscopic world of cells to explore the fundamental building blocks of our Earth and the organisms calling it home. |

Participants will engage in a boat-building challenge in which they will build a boat out of aluminum foil and place it into a tub of water. Gradually loading more and more pennies into the boat, participants will attempt to carry as much "cargo" as possible on their boat without sinking! |
